But you can eliminate your pot belly by losing weight. Each person's body is different and will store fat in different places. Men usually store their fat differently than women.
The ab blaster, tummy belt, thigh master, etc. cannot possibly work to spot reduce your fat.
So losing weight will reduce the fat in the areas your body chooses not you.
For me each 10 pounds I lost corresponded to around two inches from my waist.
