If you are losing weight too quickly you are less likely to keep it off permanently. Your probably not eating enough calories or overexercising. These can be done short term but will likely fail over the long term.
At one pound per week, you can lose five pounds in five weeks, 20 pounds in 20 weeks, 50 pounds in a year and 200 pounds in four years.
Not only can you lose the weight but you will be able to keep it off.
